UTC students developed a new meal substitute in partnership with Olygose

Students from UTC (Université Technologique de Compiègne) present their innovation project: a cereal, chocolate and fruit bar including alpha-GOS, developed in partnership with Olygose.
The product complies with technical and nutritional specifications, as well as with meal substitutes regulatory guidelines.
In this formula alpha-GOS provide both sweeteness and satiety.
